WANTED - MORE PLAYERS! As we expand we are inviting players from a number of age groups to join a club that is focused on providing an environment which is fun and suitable for all, where players can improve their ability and gain enjoyment from playing football. For the forthcoming season we are looking for players for the following and who are currently Under 7 - as we enter our 1st team into the league at under 8's Under 8 - we shall continue to operate 2 teams as they move up to under 9 next season, however a number of players have played a year up and as such will be moving to next seasons under 8's. We are therefore looking to build the squad number back up Under 9 - ideally we would like to enter 2 teams into the league next season at under 10 level. To do this would like more players to join us. Under 10 - next season they will move up to 11-a-side at under 11, we would like a few more players to join the squad. Under 13 - we are very pleased to plan to enter a new team into the league next season at under 14. We have the basis for a team but would welcome new players
For further information on any of the above please call Cliff on 07977 044526 or email us here and we will contact you Welcome Thank you for visiting the website of Great Bentley Youth Football. On this site you will find information about who we are, what our aims are and how your children can join a club with the goal of "using the power of football to make a positive impact on children". To enable us to meet our goals we have set up a Youth section to Great Bentley Football Club to give the opportunity for children from the local communities to come together to learn new things both indirectly and directly associated with playing sports, to meet new friends and most importantly to have fun. Great Bentley Youth Football Club was formed September 2005 with the objective of achieving the above goals through the delivery of coaching based on best practices and guidelines provided by organisations such as the Football Association. In February 2006 we were pleased to announce we had achieved the FA Charter Standard. We are working hard to ensure we provide a club that meets the expectations of Sports Governing bodies, parents and of course the children. To demonstrate this we are please to have met the criteria to be accredited to the ClubSX scheme introduced by Sportessex We have a fully inclusive policy and will not preclude anybody between the ages of 5 and 10 (current school years R to 5) regardless of ability. The only limitation is the number of places available whilst we implement a programme of coaches obtaining their FA Coaching qualifications We welcome new joiners and invite you to join us at one of our training sessions or email us for further details |
